But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

As we take a closer look at Hell and the eternal judgment in the book of Revelation, we find the fearful. There is the fear of God and the fearful, bound by the spirit of fear. Soul winning requires a deeper understanding of the spirit of fear, as many are bound by it. We must learn to bind the spirit of fear in order to set people free.
How do we bind the spirit of fear? By prayer, supplication, and intercession. We must grow our faith and allow the Holy Spirit to do the work through us.

Fear is an emotional response to a particular stimuli. For example if you are exposed to a perceived risk and danger, your natural reaction is to withdraw and try to hide. There is the fear of death, fear of losing loved ones, fear of being hurt, fear of being poor, and so on. In countries with corruption and persecution, people experience fear for their livelihood. But the Bible says ‘Fear thou not; for I am with thee:”. A person who is not saved doesn’t have God’s presence and falls in the hands of the enemy. This actuality could be the first step towards oppression.

When the enemy comes with treats, we overcome him with faith, and the word of God. We meditate on God’s promises, and allow the Holy Spirit to guide us. There are other religions who use meditation as a tool, but the absence of the Holy Spirit leaves them empty, and hell meets them at the end of their lives. This is why witchcraft, astral projection, and ungodly alignments are condemned by the word of God.

Prayer: Father, I thank you for destroying every witch trying to penetrate my life. Let the fire of the Holy Ghost burn them to ashes right now in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
