Our Father, who is in Heaven, Who art in heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done in the lives of all people, On earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day, our daily bread, And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. ( 1 Corinthians 13:4-8)

Lord, give us patience towards our enemies, help us to love them with the love of Christ, teach us how to extend mercy and kindness, and to set them free and to help them rebuild their lives. Let us not be slow in showing goodness and help us overcome evil with good. Amen.
