In a broken world filled with bad reports and people hungry for power, riches, and fame, or poverty stricken and filled with diseases, it is easy to feel lost and powerless. Yet, the Bible tells us that God is good all the time, and His goodness never ends. It really is that simple and it is up to us to walk in the path of goodness by connecting to God’s word. In our human strength we can’t lift up those who have fallen, but in our divinely ordained place, we can do what Jesus did and more, because he has risen and is seated next to the Father, making intercession for us. We have a choice to surrender to the Holy Spirit and follow His steps daily, or to fall into the traps of this world, and become subject to the principalities and powers that hold so many in bondage.
