Good News Daily: I Shall Not Want

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. – Psalm 23:1

There has never been a more prosperous time in the history of humanity! We can travel to any part of the world, speak languages, communicate with people from any nationality, and witness all kinds of experiences through books, movies, TV-shows, documentaries, social media groups, etc. Globalism and technology have changed the entire landscape of the human relationships and has provided opportunities that were once seen as impossible. We enjoy much more than what kings and queens have had access to in the past! And yet, the Bible is still the only source that can heal, inspire, direct, and give access to what is known as revelation.

Revelation is different than any form of knowledge or experience known to a human soul. It is part of the spirit realm, and as such, it can not be defined as a normal human-like experience. It’s a direct connection to God and His word. Through the word of God, we can be assured that heaven is there for us; and when we leave this world, we have a place called home. No matter how much this world can offer, it will ultimately end. But heaven is waiting for us on the other side, and this is good enough reason to be grateful.

Father, no matter what comes my way, heaven is waiting for me on the other side. Thank you. Amen.
