Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven – Matthew 6:10

Life on earth as it is in heaven is possible according to Matthew 6:10. And it starts with the will of God. We consider heaven far away – a place we go after we die. But it appears that heaven is a present reality, now and here while we walk on earth.

Our earthly life could be perceived as a walk, a path and a series of steps (choices). It’s a paradigm that we could choose to live from. Blessing or a curse is the choice we are presented with in the book of Deuteronomy. Blessing is a word of outwardly nature. It’s hard to describe what blessing is, because it can be something that looks like negative in the present word but proves to be the best thing that has ever happened to us and all our loved ones. Our senses could be misleading and are foreign to the nature of blessing.

Prayer: Father, as we step in the present reality, help us to choose the blessing and not the curse. In Jesus Christ’s name, amen. Thank you, Holy Spirit.
