It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. – Galatians 5:1
The blood of Jesus was shed for our freedom, and there is no man, no woman, nor devil in hell that can change what was done on the cross. Learning to walk in freedom requires understanding of the finished works of Christ. As soon as we reach the point of understanding, we can demand our freedom from every domain of darkness. It is part of our walk in Christ. He is the living word of God. He was the Word of God since the beginning (John 1:1). He was, is and is to come. Jesus appropriates what is rightfully ours through us, as well as we appropriate it through Him. As we walk with the Holy Spirit, we are in the Word of God.
Prayer: Father, tech me how to use the blood of Jesus and destroy the works of darkness in every area of my life. Teach me how to possess my possessions and how to recover all that was lost, stolen, and destroyed by the works of the enemy. In Jesus Christ’s name, amen. Hallelujah! Glory to Jesus!
