What fruit are you producing? The Spirit produces fruit, not vegetables. Fruits grow on threes. We are called trees of righteousness. And we also know that every tree that does not produce fruit is cut down and thrown in the fire. The Father uses fruitless trees only for burning.

We are expected to produce fruit each season of our lives. God plants us so that we can be fruitful for His glory. He is not interested in fruitless tree or in fruit that is full of poison. He will not be glorified by evil. He has no pleasure in evil. Jesus cursed the fig tree and no one will ever eat from it again. We can not cheat God’s system.

Learning to walk in kindness is necessary if we want to remain in the presence of God. Evil reports don’t bring him any pleasure. Evil conscience does not provide the nutrients for growth. Only the word of God. If anything is praiseworthy, think on such things. Kindness sees and approves anything that is praiseworthy.

Father, open my eyes to anything that is praiseworthy so I may think on it. In Jesus Christ’s name, amen. Thank you, Holy Spirit.
