Rejoice Always: Advancing

what has happened to me has actually advanced the gospel, – Philippians 1:12

As soon as we get saved and become filled with the Holy Spirit, we are part of the Kingdom of God. We no longer belong to this world and our entire existence has one purpose – advancing the gospel.

Paul came to this revelation and he passed it to us. Whatever this world has to offer can not compare to the riches in Christ. We may experience persecution, hunger, injustice, and all kinds of evil attacks, but if there is a soul that can receive the message of Christ, we are going to deliver it. This is what the apostles were sent for.

There is a joy that only comes from the salvation of a soul. If you were the one who was saved, or have witnessed someone being saved, or have delivered the good news to someone, then you understand why Jesus comes before this world – before money, career, health, freedom, family and so on. The message of Christ is worth dying for, and there are people that only you can reach, because of the unique gifts and abilities placed in you.

Father, in the name of Jesus, let my kingdom assignment be always my first and utmost priority in this world. Amen. Thank you, Holy Spirit.
