I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven – Luke 10:18
Now that satan is out of the way, it’s time to subdue his kingdom. Subdue is defined as bringing under control. The reason why satan has had dominion over our lives and the lives of our families is lack of understanding. Ignorance is a the number one weapon that satan uses. Ignorance must be destroyed with the word of God, and once the walls of ignorance fall down, his kingdom is defenseless.
Most of us remember the time of station phones. We had to dial and wait for the other person to answer. I remember how our phone was in the hallway. When it rang anyone could answer. The person on the other side had to ask for the right person, because there was only one phone per household. In those days family actually meant something.
Now we have wireless phones. There are unlimitted phone numbers available. People not only call, they can see each other and have a conversation for free with the use of social media applications. The entire world is visible through cameras and satellite technology. Airwaves are occupied with 3G, 4G, 5G, etc. And remember, Satan is known as the prince of the power of the air. (Ephesians 2:2)
It’s time to subdue satan’s invasion of our world. And it all starts with prayer, because prayer is a petition. We can bind him and take charge of his power, his kingdom, and all that belongs to him.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I ask for you judgment to fall on the powers of the prince of the air that have invaded our lives through technology – telephones, television, cameras, internet, and satellite. Let your kingdom come, let your will be done. We push back satan’s power, we subdue and it and destroy every point of contact in our lives. We ask for your restoration and healing of the land from these high level powers and principalities. We do not accept their dominion, as it is not your will that any of us should perish. We break their weapons of war and we plead the blood of Jesus over the land of the living. We destroy their kingdoms. In Jesus Christ’s name, amen. Thank you, Holy Spirit.
