Displacing the kingdom of darkness is what the light does. It finds the places where satan hides and brings him into the open, for all to see. Satan is defeated but his power is still effectual among men and principalities. There are those who lust after power and look for a source. It could be out of ignorance, deception, and ancestral patterns, but whatever the case is, satan is a thing of the past and his dominion is below the kingdom of God.

God has chosen the weak things of God to confound the mighty. Satans power is the power of darkness – it’s the substance of darkness – lies, murder, theft, and all kinds of evil, but those who use his power to gain are doomed for disappointment because what they gain thorough satan is only darkness, more darkness, piles of darkness. Nothing was made without him (John 1:3).

Light destroys darkness. It’s the property of light – just like truth destroys lies, and the truth is only one, it is universal, there are no two truths, personal truth, or relevant truth – there is only one truth no matter how many lies there are, the truth can not be defeated or destroyed. As soon as the truth surface, the lies dissolve, like the darkness dissolves in the place of light.
