Christ’s Return: Proclaiming

In the twinkling of an eye – 1 Corinthians 15:34

All flesh is as grass. Those who live in the flesh will not be able to continue when the rapture takes place. What is to live in the flesh?

The flesh is full of vanity and evil desires. Those who walk after the flesh become fruitless trees, twice dead, plucked up by the root. The Bible describes them as murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts, speaking swelling words, having men’s person in admiration because of advantage. The wrath of God is prepared for them, it will not pass them by.

The rapture is about calling the spirit out of the dominion of the world. It’s the part us that belongs to Jesus. Facing God with our flesh is deadly, because the Spirit does not want to be “stained by the flesh”. There is no holiness in the flesh. And God is Holy, so once we cross the line in the spirit, our flesh becomes unfit for the purity and holiness of God. Every form of unrighteousness and ungodliness is destroyed. You can not live in the flesh and be holy. You can not walk after your own desires, letting lust having dominion over you and expect that you can survive the wrath of God. The wrath is released with the purpose of destroying anything and everything that is not of God. The wrath of God is about purification and it’s from the Spirit, not man.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, let your wrath be released on all flesh. Amen.
